Registration:
1）The number of participants is limited to 24.
2）Registration fee
JSIR Member: JPY50,000
JSIR Non-Member: JPY120,000
Fee includes accommodation fee (two nights) and transportation service between your hotel and the venue.

Notification of scholarship: by early July 2024
3）Scholarship: The organizing committee will select scholarship recipients from among the registrants. You can apply for the scholarship through the registration site.
The scholarship winners have two ranks:
A.First rank: Free registration and airfare support
B.Second rank: Free registration
4）Visa: All participants entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, participants coming from certain countries must have a visa issued by a Japanese embassy/consulate in their country. Please check visa requirements on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html).
If you need visa documents, please contact the SIRAP 2024 Secretariat at sirap-office@convex.co.jp.
Please note that once you have been selected as a participant, we will notify you so that you can prepare your visa to enter Japan if necessary.
※Name Badge: You are requested to come to the Registration Desk to pick up your name badge on October 11, 2024.
※Certificate of Attendance: Certificates of attendance will be available for all participants and will be distributed at the Registration Desk on Sunday, October 13, 2024.
※Liability: The secretariat and organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss or damage to private property of participants either during or directly arising from SIRAP. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
