SIRAP 2026 Registration Guide
1）Registration Overview
- Participant Limit: Limited to 24 participants.
- Registration Period: May 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026 (JST).
2）Registration Fees
The fee includes accommodation (2 nights: Oct 9 & 10) and transportation between the hotel and the venue.

Note on Bank Transfer: All bank transfer fees must be borne by the participant.
3）Scholarship for Non-Members
The organizing committee will select scholarship recipients from among the non-member registrants.
Scholarship Ranks:
- Rank A (First Rank): Free registration
- Rank B (Second Rank): Registration fee reduced to ¥70,000

Even if you apply for a scholarship, you must first pay the full registration fee (¥150,000) in advance to secure your spot.
- Refund Method: The difference (or full amount for Rank A) will be refunded in cash at the Registration Desk on the final day, Sunday, October 11, 2026.
4）※Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify the secretariat by email. The following cancellation fees will apply based on the date of notice:

5）Visa: All participants entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, participants coming from certain countries must have a visa issued by a Japanese embassy/consulate in their country. Please check visa requirements on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html).
If you need visa documents, please contact the SIRAP Secretariat at sirap-office@convex.co.jp.
Please note that once you have been selected as a participant, we will notify you so that you can prepare your visa to enter Japan if necessary.
※Name Badge: You are requested to come to the Registration Desk to pick up your name badge on October 10, 2025.
※Certificate of Attendance: Certificates of attendance will be available for all participants and will be distributed at the Registration Desk on Sunday, October 12, 2025.
※Liability: The secretariat and organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss or damage to private property of participants either during or directly arising from SIRAP. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

JSIR Non-Member: JPY150,000

Notification of scholarship: by early July 2025
3）Scholarship: The organizing committee will select scholarship recipients from among the registrants. You can apply for the scholarship through the registration site.
The scholarship winners have two ranks:
A.First rank: Free registration
B.Second rank: Registration fee: JPY70,000 (The regular fee is JPY150,000, now reduced to only JPY70,000)
