Welcome to Seminar for Interventional Radiology in Asia-Pacific (SIRAP web 2022)
Dear colleagues and friends,
It is our great honor and pleasure to inform you that “The Seminar for Interventional Radiology in Asia-Pacific (SIRAP)” will be held as a hybrid meeting from Kobe, Japan, on June 5 (Sun) 2022.
The SIRAP was initially composed of a 3-days program of formal lectures and hands-on seminars using animal/dry models and simulators. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in the global trend, we, the Japanese Society of Interventional Radiology (JSIR), will organize the web-based online seminar as in the previous seminars.
The following “SIRAP-Web seminar 2022” will compose online lectures and case discussions focusing on TACE’s recent advantage for HCC. TACE is still the most popular IR procedure in interventional oncology. The parts of the lectures will be presented by collaborators from the Asia Pacific Society of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology (APSCVIR). We believe “SIRAP-Web seminar 2022” will contribute to the education and communication of all IRists in the Asian-Pacific region.
This will be 4th web-based SIRAP after the successful completion of previous meetings focused on “non-vascular IR”, “portal venous IR”, and “neuro IR”. We would like to take advantage of the previous experiments and maturate this type of meeting, having better accessibility to the presentation from the top runners. For a successful meeting, your participation is essential. Please join us and enjoy this meeting.
We look forward to the participation of many of you in “SIRAP-Web seminar 2022”!
